Music can be such a powerful motivator. It is used in movies, advertisements, and even sports games. Why? Because it can move you, emotionally sway, or inspire you. I can’t even complete my 5-mile runs without my “running” playlist.
But music is not a worldly invention. It was created by God both to praise Him and to prepare our hearts for His truth. So in this time where fear wants to penetrate our hearts, let’s make sure the music we listen to dispels fear instead of fueling it. Here are my top 10 Christian songs to combat fear to get you started.
Psalm 71:22 I will also praise you with the harp for your faithfulness, O my God; I will sing praises to you with the lyre, O Holy One of Israel. (ESV)

Top Christian Songs To Add To Your “No Fear” Playlist
Reading God’s word and praying should be our primary go-to methods to help lift our moods, music is great for filling the gaps. These are my absolute favorite Christian songs when I feel the world is just too much! They are also cross-generational. Both my daughters love them (8 years old and 13 years old) and they actually suggested a few of them while I was putting the list together. There is nothing like God-centered music to get your household in the mood to worship God!
